		<description>Your podcast with Michele Martin was really good; and you all explained it far better than I could/would have.  If someone isn&#039;t already into using social networking tools for their personal learning; I probably wouldn&#039;t show them twitter, as  my first choice, because they just don&#039;t get it or realise why it is worth getting. Not sure that we are at the point where creating a context or need where participation in the network becomes a necessity.  Wish we were :)</description>

I like the way John Krutsch summed it up:  “For me this is one of the major benefits of using twitter as part of my PLE even if you do not directly ask for help often times help comes anyway. Twitter is just a big Karma Dealer, if you are open, sharing , and caring, it will come around and pay good dividends.”</description>
